David Cohen,New CIA's Deputy Director (Joe Biden's Pick)

 David Cohen had a great role in designing policies related to law & finance especially when talking about "Terror Financing" 

- In 1999 Cohen worked as Acting Deputy General Counsel with US Treasury Department 

- In 2009, he was appointed as Assistant Secretary for Terrorist Financing. 

- 2011 – 2015, worked as Under Secretary of the Treasury for Terrorism & Financial Intelligence 

- During the Obama administration also served as Deputy Director of CIA from 2015 to 2017.

This appointment is clear sign how Biden will run the business. 

"Obama Return" is concerning, this means Pakistan might be staying on the FATF "Greylist".

Biden administration will push for more "Political" solutions but having difficult terms especially when it comes to Iran nuclear & Afghan Deal But make no Mistake "Political solutions" does not mean leverage for allies, this means more diplomatic pressure to pursue Strategic "Interests", Biden Admin can impose sanctions on India & Turkey for purchasing S-400. Pakistan needs to balance between China-US. Last thing Pakistan Pakistan can afford is ending up being viewed as a Strategic enemy by the Biden Administration especially when Pakistan is already considered as the "Power" behind the failure of U.S in Afghanistan.
