Is ISIS emerging to be the veritable arm of Indian policy makers?

Ajit Doval, India's National Security Advisor, is running five 5 ISIS trainings camps in IIOJK, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand with an aim to justify war crimes in Kashmir within the garb of counter terrorism operations. Here it's pertinent to mention the finding of Conflict Armament Research (CAR)'s field investigation teams in a report commissioned by the EU in 2016.

Seven Indian companies manufactured most of the detonators, detonating cord, IEDs and safety fuses left behind by the ISIS after terror attacks in Iraq and Syria. Under Indian law, transfer of this material requires a licence. All components documented by CAR were legally exported under government-issued licences from India to entities in Lebanon and Turkey.

One of those Indian companies was Solar Industries/EEL which was supplying detonators used by the ISIS for making IEDs. It's the same Nagpur based firm which has been handling major defense contracts for Indian army. In 2018, the Ministry of Defense approved the technology to the same Solar Industries to produce propellant booster for BrahMos missile. The firm is also building Pinaka artillery rockets for the Indian Armed Forces after approval by DRDO.

Not to forget that Ajit Doval had met ISIS leadership in a secret visit to Iraq in 2014.
